- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very reasonable pricing, you order the parts after we determine what the issue is with your device. I install them after they arrive for a predetermined amount. I will not push you to buy more than you need, and if I believe replacing the device is the better or cheaper option(or both), I will tell you why and what I think your options are.

I’m happy to explain my experience and credentials, or just get to work and show you what I can do!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am A+ certified and have four years of professional experience, and have been doing my own, my family’s, and my friends technical work since I was nine years old.
