Yes they helped me cash flow my property again. I was a little weary of them using Air Bnb, but they assured me Air Bnb has insurance of up to 3 million for property damages. Everyone I’ve had so far has been great. Very respectful and polite. And the property is doing almost 3x my rental amount. I’m glad I chose Akim. He’s been great so far. I’m relieved 😅
