- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge flat rate fees to concentrate more on quality instead of quantity. Our goal is to keep our customers completely satisfied with our work, and comfortable using our services on a regular basis. We collect a 50% non refundable deposit upfront, for our bookings, to help prevent last minute cancellations as well as confirm/ guarantee their appointment being booked. This deposit is always applied toward the invoice for the cleaning. The remaining balance is due at the end of their service, given the customer is fully satisfied with the cleaning service that was provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make each and every customer feel appreciated and comfortable hiring and paying for any of the quality cleaning that we have to offer. We make contact with the customer to start building a customer/client relationship. We then we offer our services and date/times that we are available, then provide information on our deposit and payment options to book any and all appointments through our company. We provide courtesy calls the day of all appointments to make contact with our customers and give the proper time needed to be ready for our service as well as making them feel as they are a part of the process of their cleaning service/s they are paying for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my associate degree in automotive technology and I had some military training so I learned good attention to detail skills, and time management skills. I have been cleaning and maintaining commercial and residential properties for over 10 years, picking up great knowledge on speed cleaning, product knowledge and customer relations.
