FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fair. I will not nor have I ever not been honest and fair when working on any project. At the end of the day I want nothing more then to have happy customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I am in contact with a customer the first thing that happens is for me and my wife to come see the project. After talking with the customer to get a clear vision of what they are looking for and finding out what their budget is we start the estimate giving the customer a clear picture of what they will have for end product and what it will cost. During this process we are also available to help customers think outside the box and give them options of what might look and work the best. once everyone is in agreement the work starts. During this time communication is key because without a doubt thing will come up. I do not run mulitiple jobs at once so I am completely committed to a job until it is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked under some of the most experienced tradesmen there are. I am a quick learner and have built off of my experience to make me a well rounded Craftsman.
