Rating is due to business practice as I can’t review work as it was never started as agreed. He took large deposit but never followed through with contract. It took over a month to get a refund on my deposit back and lots of excuses and delays to get my money back. Do not fall for scam. I provided all materials that was needed for the multiple jobs and no show and trying to get deposit back issue put me about 2 months behind in my projects and had to rehire another contractor to get the job done. Beware.

Zach is a great guy. Hard worker. He has done flooring for me and family several times. Always happy with the outcome. He does everything from carpet to vinyl plank to tile (floor kitchen and bath). If I could have chosen all 5 likes I would have If this is duplicate, I am sorry. I didn't think the first one went thru.
