- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% military discount, $50 off for referrals ($50 for you, and $50 for your referral). I do require an initial deposit so that I am able to get your job started immediately!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I would visit with the client to sit down and discuss their ideas and visions for the rooms or products they would like to update. Then I send an itemized estimate for clients to view. When the client decides to move forward with services, I send an invoice including all payment options and the job will start immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing interior painting and refacing wood products for more than half of my life. The training I’ve had is hands-on experience which has helped me have a steady hand and a problem-solving attitude to help my clients feel comfortable and at ease with the job I’m doing.
