About
Organizing That Feels Calming, Thoughtful, and Designed for You!
Whether you're tackling one overflowing closet or an entire home, I bring a calm, non-judgmental presence and a clear plan to every project.
At LHL Organizing (Lighter Happier Living), I help people reclaim their space — and their peace of mind — through custom organizing services designed to fit different needs and budgets.
🧩 Choose the level of support that fits you best:
In-Home Organizing – personalized, hands-on sessions
(Smaller spaces like closets start around $175. Larger projects like a full main level with bedroom/bath can be around $5,000, depending on size and time needed.)
Virtual Coaching – weekly support and guidance to DIY at your own pace (starting around $300/month)
Group Coaching Programs – for motivation and accountability in a more budget-friendly format (starting at $30/month)
Most people don’t realize how emotional and life-changing organizing can be — it’s not just about the stuff. I’m here to help make it easier, lighter, and lasting.

I very much liked the fact that she was willing and able to teach me steps to not only get myself organized, but to keep myself organized. Some of the other applicants were just zeroed in on the fact of getting things sorted and thrown out. She was able to name steps that I could learn that would benefit me down the road! I just seem to click with her.
Details: Space planning • Removal of unwanted items • Moving preparation • Closets • Bedrooms • Kitchen • In-home office • Bathrooms • 500 - 1,000 sq ft • Very unorganized

What a wonderful experience! Working with Amanda was fantastic. We recently moved in to our house and organizing the closets was at the bottom of my to-do list. Amanda was great to work with and I ended up with wonderful results. She handled two closets easily and had time to get my Christmas tree stored as well. I look forward to working with Amanda again!
Thank you, Steph. It was a pleasure working with you too!

Amanda made it easy to clear out my clutter. No need for embarrassment, she was very professional. You should see my closet now. I’m so happy with this service and still maintaining it after two months.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Decluttering services are $55/hr. It's not the hourly price that's most important, it's the total cost, so if you reach out for a free consultation I can provide an estimate. I offer discounts occasionally for various promotions throughout the year.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will have a Zoom call for 30 minutes, which I record, to get images of the area, and discuss the scope and goal of your project. This allows me to create an estimate for the cost of your project. After hiring, I take a 1-hour deposit to book and we will schedule your project as desired. I typically cap per-day sessions at four hours as most people fatigue around that mark. This means you'll get the most out of each session and our rate of progress won't slow down.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a blog on my website (information can be found in the photos) and have various other social media platforms where I provide hints and tips for recognizing and overcoming barriers. Additionally, when working one-on-one, it's my goal to make sure everyone walks away with the tools to keep their spaces maintained and even go further on their own.
