Mitch was an awesome trainer. He kept me on track and was very knowledgable about each and every exercise he had me do. I had a previous shoulder injury that he kept in mind throughout our sessions. It was easy to keep coming back as he was very fun to work with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
