- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your first session will start with a brief questionnaire followed by goal setting. If we are a good fit for each other, we will go thru a quick movement assessment and brief workout. From here, we progress based on your current fitness level and ability to perform exercises. (I.e. cardio, balance exercises, weights)

I began my fitness journey at the age of 12 when I received an arthritic diagnosis. What started as a necessity quickly turned to obsession.
