FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try my best to offer the best deals and the best prices, keep in mind that I also need to make a profit and I hope that you are respectful and understanding enough to realize that. Quality work does come with a cost, I promise to give you amazing quality and satisfaction with my work. I am okay with doing jobs outside of Lincoln but if it is very far a trip charge may be listed on the invoice, please be mindful of this and do not let this discourage you from working with me, all charges and fees will be listed 100% for you to see in full transparency. I prefer cash over a check and would be willing to discount you depending on the original price of the project. Payments I will accept are cash, checks, and Venmo.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working for my dads company in mid 2018. I was going to school at the time for architecture but ended up taking a break to earn more money as well as learn more because I realized I actually enjoyed doing siding and making an old home look new again. I do plan on going back to school one day but I don’t know if it would still be for architecture. I do plan on continuing my work with siding and decks and expand into other branches of construction to hopefully help more people out through the next few of my life.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Both projects I have on my page were done with my dads company, I helped create these beautiful masterpieces and would love to give someone else something similarly beautiful for their home. The Ashland mansion took us about 5 months (we were sometimes waiting on materials, was done during COVID peak so some things were hard to get). We also spent some weeks working on other side jobs that were smaller to make some extra income. I am very proud of the work I did on this house and I hope I could make someone else proud to receive my work. The porch and pergola project took us about 2 weeks, we had to wait for some things during this project aswell and we tore off some of the existing patio they had.
