The Plumbing Today HVAC team are great to work with and I love, love, love their Worry-free Whole Home Comfort approach to plumbing, heating and cooling repair services. PTH has my full confidence. Their prices are higher, but once Tony explained their Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze solutions, my husband and I choose the Platinum program. We saw the video and completely understand our options and benefits for ourselves. I have never heard of another company providing before and after videos. Not only did we see the problem, but we saw how thoroughly Tony fixed it. He educated us on how their may be more than one blockage and how a comprehensive diagnosis will prevent multiple service calls and hidden cracks and leaks. We are huge fans of PTH's worry-free whole home comfort maintenance program. It gives us a 10% discount on every service, priority scheduling when we have a problem, and if we have a need for emergency service, we will not be charged their standard $65 after-hour service fee. We love our older home, we want to proactively restore her, but it is important that we experience minimal downtime and distruptions to our busy family.
