- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on alot of factors and varies dog to dog.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like talking with people a bit about what their goals are for their dogs. I like to get a history on their dogs while giving the dog a little bit of time to get adjusted and explore their new surroundings. I get some basic information and then take the dog back to be groomed. Most dogs 1st visit will take a bit longer than established clients because I like to make sure everyone is comfortable and not feeling rushed I like to build positive experiences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue furthering my education through Seminars, online forums, videos and hope to start attending competitions. I have been grooming since March 2010 and apprenticed for 2 years.
