Scheduled our two dogs for one night of boarding and a walk. Initially responsiveness was timely, but went downhill day of ( I must assume this was due to a last minute change on providers part). The person watching and walking our dogs seemed nice, but uninformed of our details. Items to improve on: use forms to track details for all involved, provide service address on invoices and communications, list actual prices instead of asking for budget, use report card so owner knows how visit went, send pics during stay to reassure owner of service.Aug 13, 2018VerifiedDove's Dog Academy's reply

Willie started out as our dog walker before we learned about his dog training service. Our Great Pyrenees had several issues, such as jumping on us and the kids, which this breed is historically stubborn and hard to train. Within two days of boarding our dog, Willie made a night and day difference. Our dog was was coming, sitting and staying with non-verbal hand commands, got his jumping and pawing almost completely eliminated and walking and fetching correctly. Willie was very thorough and really takes the time to educate the owner as well as paying a great deal of attention to our pup. We've actually become friends because of how friendly and easy Willie is to talk to and work with. I would highly recommend Willie's service for any dog, whether they're young or old. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is based on the dogs needs. A complete consultation/assessment is needed before any pricing is given. The consultation is $100, upon booking of services $50 will be credited back towards any services purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I start from the beginning by covering basic needs and progressing to more detailed work. Most of the works is done with the owner bringing both parties together in the end to accomplish one goal, Love and obedience for each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been training Dogs and owners for over 10yeras. I work with every dog on a individual bases. I'm a communication Major which relates to listening to all parties and coming up with the best solutions available.
