I would definitely use this service again. He resolved all my issues quickly. Before I reached out to Simple IT Services.
It is hard to find someone who is willing to come to a home to resolve wifi issues without charging hundreds of $ and anymore we have so many applications. We switched Internet providers and ran into problems connecting all the applications that require 5 G or 2.4 G.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Remote support is $55 per hour with a $30 minimum.
In-person service is $75 for the first hour with a $70 minimum. Additional time is $50 per hour.
Travel fees may apply outside the Omaha area. Three-session training packages receive a 20% discount. Parts and paid software are not included.
I’m happy to work with customers, and pricing may be negotiable depending on the situation and scope of the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing your technology needs and goals. Once I understand the issue, we’ll agree on the service, pricing, and appointment time. I’ll then guide you through the solution and answer any questions along the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor’s degree in computer science with a minor in mathematics and eight years of hardware and software support experience across Windows, macOS, and Linux. My experience includes computer setup and repair, printers, home networks, software troubleshooting, security, data backups, and everyday device support. I have also completed professional training on more than 80 printer models from major brands such as HP, Brother, and Samsung.
