Green Development did such a great job assembling and anchoring my gazebo! They worked so hard in the heat but got my 12 x 20 gazebo up in one work day. They have the assembly down to a science and were worth every cent! I felt that their rate was extremely reasonable. They left the area clean and were so polite and professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I had never used Thumb Tack nor Lukas Greene. I read his reviews and gave it a shot. I couldn’t be more impressed! He answered my request to move a play set from my son’s home in Omaha to my other son’s home in Lincoln within minutes of my request. He kept me informed as to his arrival time, warned me that older play sets could have rot or hardware issues, but assured me he would replace any damaged materials. All went smoothly! He has professionally installed play sets in the past. His work and suggestions were top notch. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

We had Lukas install a gazebo and he and team did a great job. Lukas was very responsive to my original request, texted the night before to confirm the appointment and was on time.
