I hired him for several projects recently, and overall the quality of the work was solid once it was completed. The finished results met expectations and showed a good level of skill and attention to detail. However, reliability was an ongoing concern. He often arrived late, and there were stretches where he was absent for days without much communication. This made scheduling and progress unpredictable. In summary, while the workmanship itself was decent, consistency and dependability could use lots of improvement.
