- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very flexible do to 35 years in the construction industry 29 of them self employed so I have very meticulous experience & training in all trades "less HVAC" so if a procedure is straight forward no out of the ordinary issues I pass that ease on to the customer. I also have a fair-sized inventory of hardware, & materials. This allows me to offer a price reduction to my customers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm a very open straight forward person so during my initial bid meeting I treat a new customer as if I've known them for years.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years on the job training in very large commercial construction ex: the Crossroads Mall renovation "84" - "86" The Westroads Mall renovation "86" - "88" & The Oakview Mall start to finish. Along with 2 banks 3 multi-office building units. When necessary I have an extensive log of heavy equipment operation.
