I contacted him and had made an appt for the next day. He was prompt, showed me the issues (bad heat regulator and completely clogged dryer vents), showed me the charges and was able to fix within an hour! He also gave me some pointers to help with maintenance and gave me prices for it. I thought prices were extremely fair and he also cleaned up after - which I appreciate! I highly recommend to anyone!!

I have a fixed diagnostic fee that is applied toward the repair cost. I use only original parts, and their price is always confirmed with the customer beforehand. I offer discounts for returning customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I run a full diagnostic and explain the issue to the customer. Then I provide the repair cost, and if the customer agrees, I complete the repair the same day. After finishing, I always give recommendations for proper use.
