- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I come in to fix anything I will always explain what everything I will have to do. I will explain the steps to and materials needed for the project. Once finished I will always have the home owner look at each step to show them what I have done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started started out when I was 21 in electrical and plumbing but eventually started working with a small town general contractor doing jobs ranging from roofing,cement, windows, and cabinets. It is now 13 years later. I always take up the time whether it is on my own or taking classes to renew any education I can to stay up on my best work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this when I started to work for a house flipper in Plattsmouth. We would completely gut houses and renovate them with the old style but to modern codes.
