I booked their services 2 days prior to move day and the owner, Tyler was very pleasant and was accommodating.
On move day, he and his helper were punctual but as time went by, they started taking their sweet time. I wasn’t moving much. It is from a 2 bedroom apartment.
During unloading, Tyler texted to tell me that he has a 4 hour mini

well I don't know how you feel that we slow down and started slacking towards the end because we literally had your truck unloaded in 30 minutes what took time but taking the bags apart when you were outside the whole time so you were not in there to see what was happening also you told your sister that it was okay for us to help her throw away trash so we were gathering that up so we can throw it away that for your sister you also didn't disclose the information but you possibly had coronavirus and had to go get tested for it you're just so I don't see how any of this grants a three-star review
