Terry Klinger of “Tlkares” is a criminal. I paid him in advance for carpet and fixtures - he promised next day service, but gave me the run-around for a week and eventually stopped responding to calls and texts instead. I’ll be referring the matter to proper authorities. He is a con-man, a grifter, do not hire him under any circumstances.
