Joesey is wonderful! I have parrots so we had to be careful with smell and them being out of the house plus my dog. My floors look brand new and I am in love with them again! Joesey kept me informed of every step along the way. She was always on time and this was so easy to deal with.

Joesey did an incredible job refinishing our 105 year old hardwood floors. She helped us choose a stain that could coordinate between the oak downstairs and the pine upstairs, she was competitively priced and incredibly communicative. pricing is done on a case by case basis. It is hard to give a price on an approximate job size and without having seen the condition of the floors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer should have me come assess the condition of their floors and take a measurement so that I can give them a more accurate estimate. Then we can discuss what direction they would like to go in as far as colors and finishes for the floors.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When possible I may attend various seminars usually given by product distributors in the area, as well as having 34 years of hands on experience.
