Joesey was knowledgeable in her field, very professional and honest. My estimate of square footage of this hardwood flooring restoration project was more than the actual square footage, which in turn lowered the total cost of the project by 25%. This honestly goes such a long way. She was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. She explained the entire process from start to finish. She has a special gift and is very good at it based on references and prior photos. I’m waiting on approval to move forward with the project. Joesey is wonderful! I have parrots so we had to be careful with smell and them being out of the house plus my dog. My floors look brand new and I am in love with them again! Joesey kept me informed of every step along the way. She was always on time and this was so easy to deal with.

DO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE THIS WOMAN!!! To say that we are happy with Joesey just does not do it justice. We have a 120 yr old home in Benson that has had some major work done by us. We try to go with small business contractors which can sometimes be a crap shoot. We have had several of those unfortunately. They underbid, don't show up when they say they will (or at all), don't contact you after multiple attempts from me and sometimes some of the work is a bit iffy. Well, let me tell you, Joesey did NONE of those things. She gave an accurate estimate, helped us choose a color, (after giving us an honest opinion of what each color would cover),gave us a timeline that she stuck to, was very, very patient on what we needed (I needed), answered all questions promptly and thoroughly. Kept this nervous nelly updated throughout the process, sent me a text every step of the way. I loved it! We have NEVER worked with a contractor that we have liked and trusted so much. AND THE FLOORS are AWESOME!!! We had multiple areas of major pet stains (embarrassing but true) and her crew sanded them down so well I was shocked actually. They also repaired a portion where the boards had separated over time and it looks great!!! I mean really, really GREAT!! The first night I just kept going into the first room we had done and just stared at the floor. I think my husband is a wee bit sick of hearing me say, ''My gosh, I can't believe how terrific these look''. I know Joesey took photos, I didn't because I am an idiot, and I hope she uploads a bunch of them. I also told Joesey I would be more than happy to give a referral if anyone needs one. PS: I have never, ever written a review like this. :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing is done on a case by case basis. It is hard to give a price on an approximate job size and without having seen the condition of the floors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer should have me come assess the condition of their floors and take a measurement so that I can give them a more accurate estimate. Then we can discuss what direction they would like to go in as far as colors and finishes for the floors.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When possible I may attend various seminars usually given by product distributors in the area, as well as having 34 years of hands on experience.
