JEFF PETERS says, "My technician today was Richard. He did an outstanding job. Took photos of everything that he did, cleaned up, and found any issues in the system. We should not have been happier when th his work and the company today - 1/23/2026. ________________ Update 2/25/2025 Warranty inspection and trouble shooting a problem. Found it quickly and done fast. My furnace just shut down without prior issues. The technician and his orientee to the new company arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue quickly. They looked for other possible causes and verified that once the fix took place that it did, indeed, solve the issue. He did some routine maintenance checks in his troubleshooting. They found a problem that would have been missed otherwise (a leaking pan that would have been caused bigger problems and major safety issues down the line). He took care of that and also found a ballast on my UV filter was bad and replaced that under warranty. The darn plastic furnace pan was "expensive". Just like repairing a car all that stuff is not cheap or easy to do. However, once I saw all the work that was involved with getting to the old one out and replacing it with the new, I was then satisfied that it was a reasonable and necessary expense. They were clean and professional. Highly satisfied with their work and will use them again in the future."See more

PTH has my full confidence. Their prices are higher, but once Tony explained their Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze solutions, my husband and I choose the Platinum program. We saw the video and completely understand our options and benefits for ourselves. I have never heard of another company providing before and after videos. Not only did we see the problem, but we saw how thoroughly Tony fixed it. He educated us on how their may be more than one blockage and how a comprehensive diagnosis will prevent multiple service calls and hidden cracks and leaks. We are huge fans of PTH's worry-free whole home comfort maintenance program. It gives us a 10% discount on every service, priority scheduling when we have a problem, and if we have a need for emergency service, we will not be charged their standard $65 after-hour service fee. We love our older home, we want to proactively restore her, but it is important that we experience minimal downtime and distruptions to our busy family.
