- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $35.00 per man hour. (per person per hour). Generally it's just my sister and I coming to clean. Once we give you a quote and we've done the first time clean. As long as nothing is added. The price won't go up nomatter how many people are cleaning. It will take less time. We also have business cards we write on the back if this is returned to us from a new client they get 10% off their first bill. and the person who gave it to them will receive 10% off their next bill. We also provide all clean supplies at no extra cost to you
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted i'll go to their home do a walk through then give them an estimate of the total amount for their home to be cleaned. First time visits are higher because i do a deep clean. which does take longer.

I have been cleaning professionally for the last 8 years.
