- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is set up to offer flexibility for you. You can hire us for your kitchen, your master closet or your full home. We keep a large selection of containers/bins for all of your projects. We offer tiered discounts, new customer discounts, and referral credits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free consultations via virtual, text, pictures and phone calls. During your consultation we will come up with a schedule and an estimated timeline. We talk about your goals for the space(s) and overall goals for the project. From here, I’ll provide a proposed package as well as a general outline of the project plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hire and train the best of the best! Most of our professional organizers have a natural ability and passion for organizing. Over the past 5 years, our company has been able to fine tune its skills and training material, allowing us to work more efficiently and quickly. We pride ourselves on keeping up a good pace and successfully completing each project in the scheduled time.
