- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
So I can give an accurate/fair estimate I like to first view the job and determine time required, tools, products needed etc. I may give an overall charge or bid hourly depending on the job/request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's common practice to first meet with my potential client, introduce myself, and get a feel for their specific wants, and any specific requests/expectations etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15+ years cleaning both residential and commercial properties in and outdoor.
