My number one goal is customer satisfaction. Just because I like my home cleaned a certain way doesn't mean that's how you want your home clean. I like to communicate with my customers and see what specifically they would like done. I pay very close attention to detail to make sure the job is done correctly. There is no job that is to big or to little for me. I am very trustworthy and confidential in my work. I have worked in the customer service industry for over 15 years I have been cleaning for about 3 years now. I take pride in what I do. I enjoy making other people's lives a little bit easier with my cleaning.

We asked for a post construction deep cleaning and presented a specific check list of what we wanted done...and some things we did not want done. We were very pleased with what we saw when we came home. We would definitely call Chasity back again. Also appreciated her working with us in having to reschedule several times.

Outstanding isn't good enough, wish I could give her 6 stars. I had family coming, and simply didn't have the time, energy, or frankly interest in scrubbing the boring parts of the house. She came in, while I was at work, she was totally trustworthy in my home with or without me there, and I came home to the beautiful light hints of Comet and bleach - the smell of clean. I couldn't be happier, and am thinking of having a regular schedule with her so every Friday when I come home from work, I am greeted by that clean smell and know that my weekend will be that much nicer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call and set up a time to go and speak with them to see exactly what they are looking for with the house cleaning. To make sure they are satisfied with the services they are paying for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My 10 plus years of being an assistant manager and a food server has really taught me about customer service and customer satisfaction.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My husband started his own business in heating and air / property management. So I started off as his cleaning lady. Then decided it was time to start my own business as my own boss.
