Hired on Thumbtack

I had them over to estimate a retaining wall. Showed up when they said they would. Went over the wall with me in detail, including my own demands and concerns. Was going to hire them honestly, but received a discount from another provider that was also able to do the dirt work I needed done. Next time though I'll consider hiring B&E. I had a lot of headaches from the other provider.

Stay away from these folks because if your not spending $1,000 or more they'll leave you high and dry and won't return emails or phone calls. I needed a simple landscape job completed in my back yard and I also requested a quote for some work up front using boulders. Needless to say I got the high priced quote first, and once I told them no on that job it was a done deal. I have yet to hear from this business after repeated calls and emails to the company. NOTE TO BUSINESS: Don't get into any business if your looking to jerk customers around so that your pockets stay Fat! Poor customer service
