Tom came out and agreed to send his men out for four things. He it would take about 3-4 hours. When his two men showed up (the day after we had scheduled), they took over 5 hours to do only three of the four agreed items. Worse, they left without saying a word, so I had no opportunity to ask about the last item, which was trimming/pulling broken limbs. When they left, they left a lot of leaves along the roadline, so by midafternoon, the wind had made a mess of our yard all over again. My wife and I noticed several times, that one would be working while the other talked to him or just hung out watching the squirrels. A few minutes later, the two had swapped 'duties'.
