- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system, that is dependent on two things: - How many times per week or month the client wishes to meet - How long the client wants to commit to coaching The more often we meet, the lower the price per session. Similarly, the longer the client wishes to work together (and is willing to commit to that period up-front), the price per session is also lower. There are also early payment discounts, and I run other specials from time to time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always begin by scheduling a complementary Discovery Session with a client, either in-person or by phone. We use this time (usually 30-45 minutes) getting to know one another. I want to hear what about my client and his or her goals, and I want to share my coaching philosophy and process. By the time the session is over, we can tell if we're going to be a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been an educator for 35 years, and as such, have been there for my students and families. I've also done considerable volunteer coaching in community groups over the years. I also pursued training over and above my experience, and earned my certification as a Certified Life Coach in 2015.
