FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be determined depending on each project or task. Final prices will be discussed with client upon final approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you'd like me to be your Property Manager or someone to help with managing tasks, scheduling in cleaners, maintenance crew, plumbers, etc, managing bookings, talking to customer- I can definitely help! If I am the co-host or host of the short term rental platform, I usually ask for a percentage of each booking. If you'd like me to manage other things or show up on site, I charge per visit and depending on the task, it would be per hour. Once pay is discussed, I usually am able to begin immediately. I would like to take a tour of your property and understand your goals for your business. I'd also like to meet your crew and get aquatinted with them and discuss everyones roles to have a better understanding of who does what. We can then discuss my roles, your expectations from me, and other questions you have. I'm very easy going and easy to talk to, I'm also open to criticism anytime as well! Looking forward to hearing from you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been managing Airbnbs for 2+ years and have gained so much knowledge and skills to be a Property Manager. I started with no experience and now I have a a 5 star rating across all of my listings that I manage on Airbnb. On top of that, I am also a Leasing Coordinator at an apartment complex, which allows me to continue to grow in my role as Property Manager by learning more about Fair Housing Laws, customer service, maintenance, and so much more.
