- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be challenging to do without seeing the project. Every job varies with where on the house the work is being done. I like to give and estimate to my customer where there is no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to meet the customer and walk them through the process of how I am going to proceed on their project. I would also like to make them as comfortable with my references and pictures of recent projects. I would also like the quality of my work to reach new customers on referrals of all my customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personalty work for a Kiewit project manager and helped build his new house. I also did 10 years of projects for him. I worked in a mill for 5 years . I went through metro tech classes such as construction estimating, Carpentry, Framing , masonry, brick laying, print reading.
