- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally have a good idea on pricing based on passed experiences. If I question a quote, I will research what the going prices or rates are in the area, andI make sure I bid under that price because I know money is usually tight these days.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building not only a relationship, but trust that I can and do what I say I will.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've done light construction for 20 yrs. I have 25 yrs. of concrete exp. Since 2010 I have moved from maintenance assistant to Maintenance Supervisor and I am now a Maintenance Director at an assited living facility.
