I believe I am very trustworthy, reasonable, and transparent with pricing and I like to explain what I am doing and why. I also will not miss lead anybody about what I can and cannot do. I would say about 15-20 years ago, I got a call from a lady needing her bath faucet repaired. I accepted and headed over I looked at the faucet and explained the most cost effective way to move forward. I said I would replace faucet for 1hr pay and cost of faucet. 30 or so minutes later, job was complete. she then went on to tell me that she hired a plumbing company to fix. They were there for 6 hrs and number trips to "get parts." They never did fix it right and charged her over $675.00! So I told myself , that I am out to help not hurt, make extra money not a living, "Yet", and be informative and explain what I'm doing and why. Seems to have been decent.

John did a great job of installing my new dishwasher. He called to see if he could come earlier than we had originally scheduled and had the new dishwasher up and running in a short period, cleaned up afterward, and hauled the old one away. I would certainly use John again and appreciated his quality of work!

Jon did a great job installing 3 toilets for me. He showed up on time, did the work for what I believed was a very fair price, and kept me in the loop as any problems arose as to exactly what he was doing, why he needed to do it, and what additional parts/pieces of hardware he needed to get to finish the job. I would refer John to my peers.

John installed a cat door for me. He helped me talk through some questions I had since the door had recessed panels, there was some discussion over where the cat door needed to go to fit in the door but needed to be low enough for the cats to use it. He offered his advice and his knowledge and understanding of the task were very clear. He was so helpful and offered advice I could easily understand :) The quality of his work was also very good. I will definitely be giving him a call for future jobs! Thanks John!!

I normally have a good idea on pricing based on passed experiences. If I question a quote, I will research what the going prices or rates are in the area, andI make sure I bid under that price because I know money is usually tight these days.

Building not only a relationship, but trust that I can and do what I say I will.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've done light construction for 20 yrs. I have 25 yrs. of concrete exp. Since 2010 I have moved from maintenance assistant to Maintenance Supervisor and I am now a Maintenance Director at an assited living facility.
