I believe I am very trustworthy, reasonable, and transparent with pricing and I like to explain what I am doing and why. I also will not miss lead anybody about what I can and cannot do. I would say about 15-20 years ago, I got a call from a lady needing her bath faucet repaired. I accepted and headed over I looked at the faucet and explained the most cost effective way to move forward. I said I would replace faucet for 1hr pay and cost of faucet. 30 or so minutes later, job was complete. she then went on to tell me that she hired a plumbing company to fix. They were there for 6 hrs and number trips to "get parts." They never did fix it right and charged her over $675.00! So I told myself , that I am out to help not hurt, make extra money not a living, "Yet", and be informative and explain what I'm doing and why. Seems to have been decent.

John did some drywall repair and painting for us after the plumber had chopped everything up. He was quick, efficient, expert, and when he was done you couldn’t tell anything had ever happened. On top of everything his rates are very reasonable. He’s in my phone now for all things handyman.

Even though he wasn’t able to get our dryer working, he diagnosed the problem, replaced a part, all with our approval. We decided it wasn’t worth trying more parts and will just replace it. The reviews here only allow me to pick 3 reasons that the service was 5 star, but Lil Johns was excellent at all 5 qualities : He was responsive when i was looking for someone, The work was both a good value and excellent quality, he was professional and punctual. He knew what he was doing and did the project - and he was also pleasant and friendly. I'm not sure what else anyone could ask. Will definitely do business with again.

John responded with my job request within 30 minutes and came that day to give an estimate. He was ready that day to install the new outside handrail for my front steps and front stoop. I did not have all the posts so he came back the next day and started the job. He was professional and did the job at a good price.

I've done light construction for 20 yrs. I have 25 yrs. of concrete exp. Since 2010 I have moved from maintenance assistant to Maintenance Supervisor and I am now a Maintenance Director at an assited living facility.
