He arrived when he said he would and did a good, quick job of cleaning out the gutters. He gave recommendations on how often I should have them cleaned and mentioned the benefits of gutter filters, while not being pushy into selling them. If I choose to get the filters I would likely go with him.

I needed a piece of siding replaced because it had a hole in it before my house got painted. I know my project was small beans for other contractors who would not respond to my messages but Franco reached out within 15 minutes of my initial request and was over at the house a couple hours later taking a look at it. and he told me he could fit me in the next morning and it was completed on the day he said. he was professional, punctual, honest, and very well priced compared to other estimates I have received.

Our initial experience with Lusso Construction was positive. He was very responsive, came to our home quickly to assess the door repairs, and communicated that he could order the special-order doors and paint needed for the project. On September 16, he requested and received half of the project cost upfront.

Unfortunately, over the following month, our project was repeatedly postponed due to various emergencies. We were understanding at first, but after weeks of delays and no completed work, we had to reach out multiple times to get updates. My husband also contacted him in an effort to get the project moving.

We eventually gave him one final opportunity to complete the work. He assured us that we would be his top priority the following day, but he never showed up or contacted us. At that point, we requested a refund and receipts for the doors and paint he had told us were already purchased. He did refund our original payment, which we appreciate, but we still did not receive the receipts for the materials he said he had ordered.

The biggest issue was the lack of follow-through and communication after the initial visit. While the beginning of the process seemed promising, the repeated delays and unmet commitments made this a very frustrating experience. Based on our experience, I would encourage others to get clear timelines, documentation of any materials purchased, and firm commitments before paying a deposit.
