- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is pretty straight forward. All sessions, whether it's weddings or family portraits, include digital files sent to you in your own personal online gallery. A non-refundable retainer, which is part of your session fee, is required to book any session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customers. I spend time communicating via email and in person meetings so we can get to know each other. I try to answer any questions they may have about what I offer and what my sessions include.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly trying to learn more. I belong to several photography groups and continue my education through Creative Live and other online tutorials as well as attending workshops.
