This was a great experience. Ian was punctual, personable and did a terrific job. In cleaning an egress window he found a very torn screen, removed it, told me where I could get it repaired and offered to come back and replace it if I didn't have someone who would do it for me. I am already on their 6 month recall and found out they do quarterly (outside only) for a reduced price. I am seriously considering it.
