Your patience, attention to detail and actually listening to my questions and concerns relating to the Soft-Lite /Valley Brook triple pain windows. You answered all my questions with knowledgeable answers of your products. Even if you did not know the answer at first, you did the research and got me the answers I needed, which kept the project moving forward. (no heavy sales pitch or b.s. that part was refreshing and instilled confidence with you and your company) You helped me work through some issues with my "unique" house as everyone calls it. John even personally delivered a large picture window before the contractors arrived so not to slow down progress. I truly appreciate all your help. I can't recommend Discount Window and Door enough! Quality product, quality install, quality professionals who work there. Derek came to my house after business hours to explan and simplify the different options to me. I appreciated how he genuinely took into consideration my budget and what I could afford, as well as my needs. Safety was my top priority, but I also improved my monthly heating/air bill, and street noise. I replaced all the patio doors and windows in my home and they LOOK INCREDIBLE! I can't believe how much better my home looks now! Very very professional business, very punctual, and do a top quality job. There was not one bump in the road. Very rarely have I been this pleased with any type of service company. They will exceed your expectations.
