- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the work that needs to be done. We feel we are very fair with prices. We take all Major Credit Cards and also Debit Cards.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We would help our friends that would have hard times cleaning on their own because of disabilities. We had a lot of them tell us we should open a business cleaning because of us being OCD about everything.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I would say all types old, young, busy but never a grumpy. I think we stopped frustration with a lot of people because we show up with a smile and tell them not to worry.
