I was afraid that we were going to be too far from their office for them to travel to, but Mitch traveled the 30 miles to look at our issues. Upon consideration, he felt he could do take care of us before his next commitment. During the repairs he ended up making two trips to the hardware store (17 miles away). When I realized that he still had another appointment, I offered to postpone the job, which was 75% done. He looked at me and said that he would leave when the job was finished. He was patient with my questions and let me watch while he worked. I highly recommend him and his company."See more
