Nate of Osborne HVAC was right on time for our appointments. He explained clearly what was needed for our furnace. And, checked our records for what was done previously. The pricing was great, after he left you would never have known he had been here but for the shiny new expansion tank. Nate has agreed to do all future services for us and we can call him for the unexpected. I have and will continue to recommend Nate to my friends and family.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pick a time to meet. Go over the job amd what to expect. Make a parts list and make a quote. Then schedule a time to have the work done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two years of school at Manchester Community College and two years of field experience. I am certified in heating oil, refrigerant handling, and gas piping, instal, and service work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad and uncle have been in the trade longer than I’ve been alive and I just grew up around it all the time.
