- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is not complicated. We charge a set price for the hours and services contracted and charge an additional fee for travel over 50 miles away (to cover gas and travel) Up to 5-Hour Wedding - $1200 6-Hour wedding - $1300 4-Hour Party - $400 5-Hour Party - $475 2-Hour Photo Booth - $400 3-Hour Photo Booth - $550 Please call to discuss any additions or if you have any questions, if given the opportunity we will price match
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially it is a quick conversation either via email or phone, where we find out what the client is looking for and we give them a price accordingly, if the price meets their budget, we sign a contract & then send out a questionnaire asking event details, and follow with a phone or in person meeting (for weddings it's both) before the event
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It appears to be all fun and games... OK it is fun, but it is a job that requires us to be the first in and last out of every event. There is a lot of prep work & set-up for each event, especially weddings. Years of experience and training with other professionals which is handed down to all the new members of our team
