I have worked in construction and carpentry since 2010. I’ve done everything from rough framing to finish work and remodels. I am particularly skilled in working with wood on projects like framing, finish work, floor installation, decks, and stairs. Great job with a handful of indoor and outdoor projects. Painting, new carpet, removal of popcorn ceiling, fixing of some holes in two rooms and then washed and repainted an exterior deck as well as replaced some stairs. Julio was responsive, quick, thorough, and did high quality work. Would highly recommend.

JR was amazing to work with. I had a porch roof that needed replacing and JR was the best choice. This was also a rescue job where the previous contractor couldn't finish the job so I was in a crunch. The initial visit was super comprehensive, he was happy to take 90 minutes to go over all the details and all my questions and the quote was quick to arrive. The quote was fair and I accepted. JR were able to find a week in their schedule and come knock out the job in between rainy spells. JR are busy but always in good communication, available by text and very clear. The work was really well done and the work site was always clean and calm. My fiancée and I agreed the work was super detailed and clean, the project came out exactly as I wanted. I appreciate their patience and respect for the job and the advice on painting was spot-on. JR is definitely inspired and when he says he likes working on wood projects it shows. I would absolutely hire JR again for future projects, thanks for everything!

Nothing but positive things to say about Julio and his team. We needed floors installed in our basement and not only was Julio responsive, he was able to squeeze us into his schedule completing the job just a couple days later. They were respectful keeping the space clean by making the cuts outside, completed the job quickly, and it looks great! I'd hire Julio for future projects!

I cannot express how grateful I am to this contractor and his team! Not only are they diligent, punctual, professional and skilled but the quality of his work is exceptional! They have worked with me throughout the project and helped guide me and give me options with their expertise.
