Tech was professional in providing answers to my questions and corrected the error made by the original installer. Now the hot and cold water come out of the standard sides! When making my payment I requested a physical paper copy of the receipt be sent to me because my computer is not currently working properly and I cannot open or read the standard receipt he emailed to me. Sean saved our butts in our kitchen reno! We called him literally the night before cabinet install and he came out the next morning super early to make sure it was out of the way. He then came back to dry fit the pipes for the new sink, totally upgraded all our plumbing, installed the sink and new garbage disposal. When one of the screws was missing for the disposal he patiently waited while my husband hunted down another. Even put up with me not knowing how to turn on a sink. Very communicative, responsive, and took pride in his work. We love our sink and are finally confident in our kitchen plumbing.

Set up 2 appointments 1st missed due to plumbing emergency (notified after scheduled appointment time) second no show, no communication. Both appointments I was at address at stated time. Maybe he is busy but at least informing me so I don't waste my own time.

Gallant Plumbing Service was absolutely outstanding! They came to check out the job, were easy to talk too and gave me all the details I needed. There original bid was fare but they were willing to work with me with my budget and came up with ways I could lower the cost. There overall performance was great too. My job was not a simple cut and reconnect, so when I came home to a hybrid hot water heater in a new location with new copper piping lines - I was very impressed! I recommend them to anyone!
