FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the job. A job will be broken up into Labor, materials, Delivery, and Disposal. If equipment is required, it works into labor costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you contact us, we can provide you with a free estimate. You can provide us with pictures and measurements and we use our calculators that have been honed in with great precision to give you the best idea of what your job will cost. If you do not want to measure anything, you can select an onsite consultation and we will do the work for you. We also offer a Detailed Proposal service that gives you every detail you need for your job. Materials, Labor, all measurements, areas, volumes, and info on the permits you will need are provided. If you take that information and to compare to another company, but decide after that that you want us to do the work, we will deduct 100% of the cost of the detailed proposal. Getting a free estimate first is the best step so you know in advance if your detailed proposal will show you numbers you are comfortable with. Or you can keep all the information and use it however you wish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All work that we do and complete is from years of experience in each field. We've established many 5 star reviews that represent this knowledge as well as quality and professionalism.
