Sean was very friendly, courteous and did a great job diagnosing my problem and getting it fixed fast! A leaking pipe in the ceiling and an issue in the basement with our water pump and both were fixed quickly. He cleaned up after and left me with some good knowledge about other possible issues we may have in our very old house. Will definitely be using Octoflow Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs!

I highly recommend Sean and Octoflow Plumbing! We have had issues with our kitchen drain since moving into our house, requiring it to be snaked every few years. I called Octoflow Plumbing to get a quote on clearing the line, as it had started to back up again.Sean was able to come out first thing Monday morning to assess the issue. We've had several different plumbers come take a look at the same issue over the years. Sean was the first one to notice that the kitchen drain pipe slope was too flat.He presented me with two options, an inexpensive one to snake the line and a more expensive (but reasonable) option to correct the issues. I decided to go with the option to fix the issue.Sean returned the next day to get to work, giving me a detailed walkthrough of his plan. Once he got my approval, he got to work. He finished in a few hours, cleaned up the work area and showed me the completed job. Everything was perfect.Octoflow has earned all my future business and I will recommend them to anyone I know!

Sean was able to figure out some ongoing issues with the house I just purchased. He was on time, proficient and extremely professional, which is exactly what you would expect from a Navy Veteran. His pricing was significantly lower than other big-name companies in the area, and I personally believe that his quality of work is way better than theirs. I will always support veteran small business owners. Affordable and friendly. Thanks Sean.
