The worker who came to fix my chimney was a very hard-working man, and willing to work through the late afternoon. The company is able to make short-notice repairs and seemed genuinely caring about the quality of work. Michael offered to fix anything else that came up after I had a chance to take a look at the work, as it was dark when the job finished. The work quality is great, and they seem to have a drive for perfection. If there's anything wrong that may compromise the quality of his work, he'll let you know that, too. No future surprises.

John McDonagh did a bluestone extension to our existing bluestone work. He always kept us informed and was very responsive to our input on the work. His team (two guys for two days followed by two days of John alone) was efficient and punctual. We felt the overall value was very good. And we are very happy with the work.
