- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's not very complicated, I keep things simple and I allow my clients to luxury of being able to obtain all files on a thumbdrive at the end of the day so they can pick and choose which ones they want printed. It saves me time so it saves your $$$$.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm on many mailing lists that keep me interested and educated about new techniques.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
People pushed me to do so. They loved my work and I needed something that makes me feel as if I have some real purpose in life. This is it.
