First off, I found a friend. A person that truly understands what it means to love creative passion. My goal in hire Jass was to use myself as a creative experiment to see if it's truly possible for a independent music entrepreneur to successfully build and monetize their career. We are two weeks in to our release and the numbers look incredible. (See Attachments) I will "MORE" than hire this women again... I may just adopt her into my family and see that she never wants for anything else in her life! This women is professional, honorable, passionate, amazing, and truly creative. Color in Sound, more specifically, Jass Bianchi, is a truly professional company capable of successful implementation of any project you might have, regardless of complexity. I was hired to work the Northeast music and arts festival held in Mass and watched in amazement as Jass managed multiple entertainment venues occurring simultaneously while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for the crowds of people who attended the event. As part of the workforce, things were well organized and I had clear guidance as to what job needed to be done and at what time.

Jass at YourMusicGigs was a great source for finding a band for my company's annual holiday party. At the start of the selection process, I was given a list of about a dozen bands, each with online music samples I could listen to. I narrowed down my choices, and Jass quickly got back to me (within a day or so) to let me know which bands would be available for the date of the event. I received a phone call from Jass the day before the event saying that the drummer of the band we lined up had pulled their back and they couldn't play, but Jass had found another band in the same music category to replace them before even calling me. I was highly impressed by the professionalism and quick actions and reactions shown throughout the process to help me stay on track for planning the event. I would definitely recommend using YMG for booking your next music gig.

Jass Bianchi is a ball of energy and determination. When Jass puts her mind to it, it will happen! Jass was the visionary behind the first Northeast Youth Music and Arts Festival. Her community outreach was phenomenal. Assembling the artists, location, permitting, food trucks, and the mind-numbing logistical challenges was a massive undertaking, but from Day 1 I had no doubt that we would pull it all off under Jass's direction. I learned so much about always moving forward from Jass and look forward to the day we are able to work together again on another festival or volunteer opportunity. Jass is the best and I highly recommend her.
