Most of my work is from word of mouth, Everyone says they love my work and are very happy. I have never had any complaints. I am on this site looking for other resources to expand. I have one golden rule and that is , It is good enough as long as it is perfect, and my customers are happy. I am reliable and dependable. I would like for you to read threw my reviews and look at some of my photo's so you can see the work quality that I perform. As my reviews say I am one of a kind contractor. I take pride in my work and like it all looking it's best. I like to give people what they pay for. I know there are lots of contractors that get in & out fast, with a sloppy work ethic, However I only want you to pay for something once! So I always make everything I do to last. Most all my work is word of mouth, very few jobs on this site, & I have been doing this for over 20 yrs. My experience with John was outstanding. I hired him to relocate my washer and dryer and put in some built in closets. He was so easy to work with and I felt very confident and comfortable from day 1. The quality of the work was excellent. I will hire John again for future work. I would reccomend him to others - you will not be disappointed in the quality and professionalism.

My wife and I hired John to remodel our bathroom and put hardwood flooring in our sun room. We have been absolutely thrilled with John's work. John's positive qualities include: 1. Meticulousness: We are particular people and can be hard to please, but we found that John holds his work to a standard that would never leave us anything but totally satisfied. If something wasn't right, he wouldn't just move on. He would make sure to correct any problems even if it meant more work on his end. Furthermore, with our wood floors, John's woodwork went above and beyond what we could have imagined. He hand scribed all of the pieces of woodwork around our fireplace and non-removable trim perfectly. Also, the tile work in our bathroom came out immaculate. 2. Excellent problem solving skills: I wanted to do the demo work myself, and of course I did some things wrong, which John had to fix. Also, because our house was old, there were unexpected issues that came up during the re-modelling process. John did not let any of these issues be a show stopper. Furthermore, he was very fair with the additional costs associated with the extra labor which was not in the estimate. 3. Honesty: We were totally comfortable leaving John alone with our house and belongings. Also, as I said before, John gave us a very fair price on anything extra that came up. Furthermore, he would always present options which could save us money. 4.Eye for aesthetics: Although we tried to work out all of the details on how the bathroom would look, there were still a lot of outstanding decisions that needed to be made during the remodeling process. John was very willing to give us his experienced opinion. For instance, John suggested doing a double band of mosaic around our bathroom, which we are really thrilled with. I know that I am not covering everything good to say about John's work, but hopefully you can get the idea. Lastly, not that it matters to everyone, but John is a very nice and respectful person. I will definitely be using John in the future and will recommend him to anyone I know looking for a contractor.

I love wood and what it looks like in the end. I built most of my own furnishings. so I get to look at it all the time.
What types of customers have you worked with?
this is a hard question, so the best to describe me and my work is, I do it all.. If something is in the way I move it or work around it. I worked with plumbing and electrical for 6 years and know the ins and outs of it. so I can pretty much do it all.
