FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I think in today's world it's tough to have a structured pricing system. I believe that it's important that the customer or client gets the proper customized pricing structure for what their needs might be. I like to find out what their needs are and then price it accordingly. One point I would like to make is that you get what you pay for. A true professional is more expensive than your average Photographer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In my many years of photography I have always tried to make the customer feel as comfortable as possible. When a customer is comfortable with you the results will end up being absolutely outstanding. Communicate with them and allow them to give their input as to what they would like to accomplish and always listen very carefully. Then you will have customer satisfaction and that's what we strive for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As you will see on my website my background is very extensive and I'm well diversified in many areas of Photography. I have accomplished and been very diversified through the years. Traveled through out the country with many corporate accounts.
